Gainesville Restaurant Week begins this Thursday, July 25 and runs through August 4. This culinary celebration was established by the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate local restaurants and the area’s vibrant food culture. Restaurants participating are given the opportunity to showcase their specialities at a value price and gain new patrons. Some of the restaurants participating this year are: 101 Cantina, Adam’s Rib Company, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, Blue Gill Quality Food, Dave’s New York Deli, Dragonfly Sushi, Emiliano’s Cafe, Manuel’s Vintage Room, Mildred’s Big City Food, Napolatono’s Restaurant, Piesanos, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Wahoo Seafood Grill among others.
