Friday, November 8 – Gator Gallop: 2 mile fun run begins at Percy Beard Track and ends at SW 2nd Ave and SW 13th Street Time: 11:30 a.m.
Friday, November 8 – Homecoming Parade Celebrates 90 years: The biggest and best student run parade in the country with over 100 floats, UF and local bands, dance teams and celebrities proudly show their Gator spirit. Time: Noon Where: from UF East on University Avenue to downtown
Friday, November 8 – Gator Growl: This homecoming tradition, the country’s biggest college pep rally, headlines The Fray and Sister Hazel. Time: 8 p.m. Where: Ben Hill Griffin Stadium
Saturday: November 9 – Homecoming game with Vanderbilt
Time: Noon Where: Ben Hill Griffin stadium
SEC powerhouse volleyball teams, Florida and Tennessee, hit the hardwoods at noon on Saturday in the “O” Center’s main arena. Cheer on the Gator volleyball team as they serve, spike the ball and dive for a save in the comfort of air conditioning. Be there to cheer our Gators on to a netting win.

Gator sports fans are eager to get the season rolling and off to a great start. Support the amazing UF student athletes as the football and volleyball teams come together for a great fan day experience at the O’Connell Center. The Gators are chomping to begin the action with you cheering them on. You will be able to get autographs from players, coaches, and cheerleaders. The Volleyball team will also hold their annual Orange and Blue scrimmage at 3:30 p.m. Gate 1 Concession will be open.
