This week’s spotlight community is Sweetwater on 16th, formerly known as Aviara Apartments. The community is under new management and ownership and they are currently making some great updates to the community. We recently stopped by for a visit and we think you should too. They offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plan options that have been totally renovated with ceramic tile, new cabinets, new appliances and counter tops. This community is located in a natural wooded setting making for a peaceful place to call home. There are two swimming pools, an outdoor grill area, sand volleyball, fitness center with one room for weight training and another room for cardio. They are close to Sweetwater Preserve where you can go for a hike and see lots of pretty plants, birds, and other animals.
Stop by and see this great community. The address is 205 SE 16th Avenue, Gainesville, FL. 352.436.8199
