FREE sessions teach the benefits of practicing yoga. Those practicing yoga will experience a more positive outlook and disposition, reduced lower-back pain, will fall asleep faster, sleep better, enjoy reduced anxiety, improve body toning and enjoy more calmness in life. This open level class allows options for modification for one’s individual needs. What you need to bring: a yoga mat, yoga strap, large terry towel or blanket, and a water bottle.
The sessions begin Wednesday, July 3rd, and run through Wednesday, September 25th.
